My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, making for a quieter night in a non-smoking environment. However, the hotel's location near railroad tracks did lead to some noise disturbances during the night. The service was satisfactory, although there were minor issues with price matching. My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the price was a little over $120 after the pet fee. They provided a coffee maker and supplies, but I noticed they only replaced the towels in one of the rooms without attending to the other. The service was very nice with super friendly staff, even at 4 am when I let my dog out. They were helpful during check-in and recommended a great place to eat. The location was convenient, relatively close to restaurants and historic downtown Cheyenne, and surprisingly near RR tracks, although we didn't hear any trains. The dining options were fair with a somewhat limited selection, but the hotel did offer a good continental breakfast. Sadly, the lack of on-site dining facilities was noticeable. Overall, my experience was positive in terms of clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff; however, dining options were a bit sparse, and the facilities could use improvement in terms of additional dining choices.
